What sets my Tai Chi apart?

I’ve been a Chartered Physiotherapist since 1994, working in the NHS for over 30 years, with the past 20 focused on helping people manage joint issues. My passion for Tai Chi began in 2007 when I trained as a 'Tai Chi for Health' instructor, recognising how powerful it can be for improving mobility, balance, and overall well-being.

Tai Chi offers a unique blend of gentle movement, mindfulness, and relaxation that transforms both body and mind. I’m passionate about sharing this practice because I’ve seen firsthand how it can help people reconnect with their bodies and feel more at ease in their daily lives.

In my classes, I create a non-competitive, relaxed environment where students support each other and discover the joy of learning a new form of exercise together. Whether you're new to Tai Chi or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll find a welcoming community in our weekly sessions held in Truro, St Agnes, Gwennap and Penzance.
